This architectural designed garage overlooks ayd mill road in Saint Paul. 

This is a basment remodel in Roseville.  We got rid of the drop tile ceiling and re-routed plumbing and electrical to gain another foot of ceiling height. We added recessed can lighting a tile entryway and carpeted the floor.  We  refaced the brick fireplace with marble tile.  We built a architectual element with recessed spot lighting to display the homeowners pictures.

We built custom radiator covers to fit the space.

This shower had been leaking for several months and was beyond repair.  We completely gutted the shower down to the studs.  Due to the extensive water damage we had to rebuild the floor and bring it back to level.  We then custom fit corian on the shower floor and all of the walls.  We had a shower faucet specially manufactured to replicate the look of the homeowners historical home.

This basement bathroom was entirely cinder block including the shower walls.  We completely gutted the bathroom and added sheetrock a larger (3'x3') shower, glass block window and tiled everything including the baseboard moulding.

Continuation of bathroom remodel.  Notice how we took the extra time to make sure all of our grout lines line up with one another on all of the adjoining walls.

This wall was originally just a blank wall with no window that let in no light.  So we framed in a window opening and added the much needed natural light to this room all in one day.

This deck had old rotted painted cedar on it.  We replaced it with tiger decking which is a Brizilian hardwood.  We used metal spindles in the railing which really sets off the dark tones of the wood.

We turned this musty unusable basement into two seperate rooms.  A office in one and a childrens playroom in the other. 

In this kitchen we removed the wall and added a very useful center island, maple cabinets and pendant lighting.  We removed the wallpaper, added fresh paint, re-textured the ceiling and installed new trim.

Adam Dady built this two story deck while he was attending college at the University of Montana. The photo on the right shows a large bump out of the deck which is holding a 8-person hot tub.

Laundry Room Makeover: A laundry room with storage and workspace is the ultimate convenience.  We made this space more attractive and modern with a new tile floor, updated trim and clean paint job.  We also made it more functional by installing custom countertops, cabinets, and built-in shelving.  Small details like these can make a big difference to potential buyers, or just in your everyday quality of life.
